PHILIPPINE RICE

INGREDIENTS FOR PHILIPINE RICE

Rice – 5 cups [cooked]
Garlic flakes – 5 [crushed]
Soy sauce – 5 tbsp
Spring onion – 2 [chopped]
Salt to taste
Oil – 4 tbsp

METHOD OR PREPARING PHILIPINE RICE

Heat oil in pan fry chopped spring onion and chopped garlic, then add soya sauce and cooked rice and salt. Mix well and cook for 2—3 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
