CARROT SOUP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CARROT SOUP

Carrot – 1 kg

Celery – 1 stalk

Water – 2 cups

White Sauce – 1 cup

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING CARROT SOUP

Boil water and cook carrots and celery. Mash and strain vegetables. Add white sauce to the soup and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add salt and pepper. Serve hot
