CORN MEAL AND LENTIL PIE

INGREDIENTS FOR CORN MEAL AND LENTIL PIE

Yellow corn meal – ¼ cup
Lentils – 1 cup [cooked]
Brown rice – ½ cup [cooked]
Milk – 1 ½ cup
Paprika – 1 pinch
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING CORN MEAL AND LENTIL PIE

Heat milk with salt to taste and stir in the cornmeal, stirring continuously. Cook for 5 minutes then place on a greased dish. Mix the lentils, rice and paprika and put on corn meal.
Bake in oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
