CORN FLOUR BREAD [MAKKA KI ROTI] RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CORN FLOUR BREAD


Maize flour –250 gms
Warm water – To make dough
Carom seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

METHOD OF PREPARING CORN FLOUR BREAD


Mix all ingredients and make soft dough by adding a little water.
Knead well and divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a thin roti.
Cook each roti on a griddle on both the sides with oil.
Serve hot.
