Puttu kadala is the one of the famous break fast of Kerala. Puttu is vrey special dish which prepares all over Kerala in different styles. It is the first choice of Keralites,  when any guests are coming to home. Very simple ingredients but extremely delicious  dish. The main combinations of puttu are kadala, pappad, banana and potato stew etc.
