COTTAGE CHEESE KEBABS
INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese – 250 gms
Cabbage – 150 gms
Green chilies – 8 [chopped]
Onions – 3 [chopped]
Potatoes – 4 [boiled and mashed]
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp [chopped]
Bread slices – 2 [squeezed out from water]
Ginger – 1 piece [chopped]
Garam [spicy masala] masala – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
METHOD
Mix all ingredients properly. Shape them into medium sized round kebabs.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs till golden brown.
Serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
