CAPSICUM WITH POTATO

INGREDIENTS
Capsicum – 250 gms [cut into pieces]
Potato – 4 [cut into cubes]
Tomato – 2 [copped]
Ginger – 1 piece [chopped]
Green chilies [chopped]
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Onion -- 2 [chopped]
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp [chopped]
Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds
and chopped onions and fry for 3 – 4 minutes.
Add chopped green chilies, chopped ginger and chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add capsicum, potato cubes and salt to taste. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 – 15 minutes in low flame. Stir in between.
Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapatti
