INGREDIENTS ORANGE ICE-CREAM
Fresh cream – 4 cups
Orange juice – 4 cups
Sugar – 1 cup [powdered]
Orange colour – 3 drops
Orange essence – 3 drops
METHOD FOR PREPARING ORANGE ICE-CREAM
Dissolve sugar in juice, the n beat in cream. Add orange essence and colour and beat gently. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan.
Cover with a foil and freeze until set.
