INGREDIENTS FOR MEXICAN SALAD
Bean sprouts – 2 cups
Celery – 3 stalks
Green pepper – 1
Onion – 1
Peanuts – ½ cup [chopped]
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste – ½ cup
Oil – ½ cup
METHOD OF PREPARING MEXICAN SALAD
Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onion. Add chopped celery and green pepper and mix well.
Add bean sprouts and salt and cook on low flame until vegetable are tender.
