SCALLOPED CHEESE POTATOES

INGREDIENTS FOR SCALLOPED CHEESE POTATOES



Tomatoes – 1 can

Herb bread stuffing – ½ cup

Cheese – ¾ cup [grated]

Onion – 1 [thinly sliced]

Sugar – 2 tsp

Garlic paste – ½ tsp

Butter-- 2 tbsp

Salt to taste



METHOD OF PREPARING SCALLOPED CHEESE POTATOES



Place ingredients in layers in a greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
