Red Cow Beans – 1 cup
Onions –2 [chopped]
Garlic flakes – 4 [chopped]
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp

Method of Preparing Red Cow Beans with Onion
Soak the red cow beans in water for 1 hour.
Boil in pressure cooker with salt for 10--15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and put chopped onions, chopped garlic flakes and curry leaves, and fry for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry for 2 minutes.
Boil in pressure cooker with salt for 10--15 minutes.
