APPLE WITH YOGURT [RAITA ] RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE RAITA

Yogurt – 250 gms
Apple – 100 gms [peel and cut into small pieces]
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp [roasted and powdered]
Black salt to taste
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp

METHOD OF PREPARING APPLE RAITA

Mix the yogurt with apple pieces, pepper powder, black salt and cumin seeds powder.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or chappati.
