APPLE ANZAC RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE ANZAC RECIPE

Apple – 4 cups [cut into slices]
Rolled oats – 1 cup
Butter – ½ cup [melted]
Flour – 1 cup
Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Brown sugar – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARING APPLE ANZAC

Place sliced apples in a shallow greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the dry ingredients . Sprinkle over the apple.
Pour over the melted butter bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
