Potatoes – 2 [boiled, peeled and cut into cubes]
Green peas – 50 gms
Carrot – 50 gms [parboiled]
Turnips – 50 gms [chopped]
Lettuce – 2o gms [shredded]
Eggless mayonnaise for garnishing
METHOD OF SALAD IN RUSSIAN STYLE
Mix ix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, toss and serve immediately.
