INGREDIENTS FOR SOMERSET FRENCH BEANS RECIPE
French beans – ½ kg [cut into 2 pieces]
APPLE – 1 [grated and cooked]
Butter – ½ cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tbsp
METHOD OF PREPARING SOMERSET FRENCH BEANS RECIPE
Boil the beans in salted water until tender. Drain and add the butter, lemon juice, sugar and grated apple. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
