SPANISH CORN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR SPANISH CORN

Canned corn – 1 ½ cups
Onion –4 tbsp
Tomatoes – 2 cups [cubed]
Buttered bread crumbs—1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING SPANISH CORN

Mix corn, cubed tomatoes, grated onion, sugar and salt and pepper in a buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 °F for 20 – 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
