GARLIC CHUTNEY


INGREDIENTS
Garlic – 15 flakes
Tomatoes – 4 pieces [chopped]
Green chilies – 2
Ginger – 1 piece [chopped]
Red chilli – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
METHOD
Grind all ingredients with little water.
Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and fry 2 minutes.
Add garlic paste into the pan and fry for 5 – 7 minutes.
Serve with rice or chapatti
