LEMON RICE

INGREDIENTS
Rice – 2 cups [boiled]
Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
Ground nuts – 10 gms [roasted]
Green chilies – 2 tsp [chopped]
Gram dal [chana dal] – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan put gram dal [chana dal], urad dal, ground nuts, mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, boiled rice and salt.
Mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix gently.
Serve hot.
