STRAWBERRY

INGREDIENTS FOR STRAWBERRY FRUIT CREAM

Strawberry – 10 pieces
Fresh cream – 1 ¼ cup
Powdered sugar – 5 tbsp
Cottage cheese – 200 gms

For the decoration
Few seeds of pomegranate seeds

METHOD OF PREPARING STRAWBERRY FRUIT CREAM

Blend cottage cheese, sugar powder and cream.
Mash the strawberries well
Mix the beaten cream with mashed strawberries. Transfer in to a serving bowl and decorate with pomegranate seeds
Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
Serve cold.
