CABBAGE FRY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CABBAGE FRY

Cabbage – 4 cups [chopped]
Oil –2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Asafetida –1 pinch
Green chilies – 3 [chopped]
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING CABBAGE FRY

Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida and curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped cabbage and turmeric powder and mix gently and cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat, stir in between.
Serve with chappati or rice
