CARROT COCONUT CHUTNEY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CARROT COCONUT CHUTNEY

Carrot – 200gms
Coconut – 3 tbsp [grated]
Green chilies – 4
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [chopped]
Lime juice – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING CARROT COCONUT CHUTNEY

Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder by adding little water.
Serve with steamed rice or chappati
