MASALA TEA RECIPE

INGRDIENTS FOR MASALA TEA

Water -- 500 ml
Milk – 250 ml [boiled]
Sugar to taste [optional]
Tea leaves – 5 tsp
Cloves –2
Cardamoms – 2 [crushed]
Cinnamon sticks – 2 [crushed]
Ginger – 1 piece [crushed]

MEHTOD OF PREPARING MASALA TEA

Add all ingredients except milk and sugar, to boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Filter tea into cups and add milk and sugar to one’s liking.
Serve it hot
