CRISPY POTATOES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CRISPY POTATOES

Potatoes – 250 gms [boiled and sliced]
Onions – 1 [sliced]
Cream – 100ml
Butter – 50 gms
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING CRISPY POTATOES

Arrange alternately slices of cooked potatoes and onion rings. Pour cream sprinkle salt and pepper. Dot with butter and bake in oven at 180° C for about 15—20 minutes or until crispy.
Serve as a starter.
