AVOCADO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS FOR AVOCADO SAUCE

Avocados – 2 [peel and mashed]
Onion – 1 [minced]
Tomatoes – 2 [chopped]
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD FOR PREPARING AVOCADO SAUCE
Mix mashed avocados with chopped tomatoes, onions, lime juice, garlic paste salt and pepper. This sauce prepared just before serving as it turns black in 30 minutes.
