BAMBOO SHOOTS SALALD

INGREDIENTS FOR BAMBOO SHOOTS SALAD

Bamboo shoots – 2 cups [canned sliced]
Spring onions – 2 stalks [chopped]
Onion –1 [chopped]
Garlic flakes –2 [minced]
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Parsely – ¼ cup
Lime juice – 12tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp

METHOD OF PREPARING BAMBOO SHOOTS SALAD

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown. Mix bamboo shoots, soy sauce, chilli sauce, lime juice, chopped spring onions and onio0n garlic mixture. Garnish with parsley and serve.
