POTATOES WITH DILL

INGREDEINTS FOR POTATOES WITH DILL

Potatoes – 3
Cucumber – 1 [peel and cut into small pieces]
Yogurt – 1 cup
Fresh dill and salt to taste
Mint leaves – 1 tsp [chopped]

METHOD OF PREPARING POATOES WITH DILL

Boil the potatoes with dill. Chop the dill and mash the boiled potatoes and add yogurt, salt and cucumber pieces. Reheat for 2 minutes. Garnished with chopped mint leaves and serve.
