CHEESE DIP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESE DIP

Cream cheese – 1 cup
Yogurt -- ½ cup
Garlic flakes –2 [crushed]
Parsley – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt and sugar to taste

METHOD OF  PREPARING CHEESE DIP
Beat the yogurt with cream cheese. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and sugar. Mix gently and pour in to a serving dish. Sprinkle pepper powder.
Serve with salads or fruits
