VEGETABLE OMLETE RECIPE

INGEDIENTS OF VEGETABLE OMELETE

Chick pea flour [besan] — ¼ cup

Plain flour – ¼ cup

Tomato – 1 [peeled and chopped]

Cheddar cheese – ½ cup [grated]

Soda bicarbonate –1 pinch

Water – ½ cup

Fresh coriander leaves –1/4 cup

Onion – 1 [chopped]

Green chilli – 1 [chopped]

Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

PREPARATION OF VEGETABLE OMLETE

Beat all the ingredients into smooth paste. Add salt and mix well.

Heat the griddle or non stick pan and pour 3-4 spoon of oil. Ladle 3-4 table spoons mixture on pan and spread with the back of spoon.

Let it rise, reduce the flame and cook on both sides until golden brown and serve hot.
