BANANA PIE RECIPE

BANANA
INGREDIENTS FOR BANANA PIE

Plain biscuits – 12 pieces

Brown sugar – 1 tbsp

Ripe bananas – 4

Icing sugar – 1 tbsp

Thick cream – 1 cup

Coconut – ¼ cup

Orange rind – 1 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARING BANAN PIE

Melt the butter. Crush the biscuits and mix with icing sugar and enough melted butter to make a firm mixture. Pack into a well buttered glass pie dish and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Beat the brown sugar with the cream and mix gently with peeled and sliced bananas and the orange rind.

Add the banana mixture into the biscuit mixture and sprinkle with desiccated coconut and serve
