FISH KEFARI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR FISH KEFARI

Fish – 259 gms

Rice – 150 gms

Egg – 1 [boiled and shelled]

Cloves – 4

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Onion – 1 [chopped]

Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

Oil – 3 tbsp

Onion –1 [sliced]

Cardamoms – 2 [crushed]

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [chopped]

Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING FISH KEFARI

Clean the fish and cut into small pieces and boil. Wash the rice and boil and drain.

Heat the oil and fry the onion slices until golden brown and remove.

Fry the cloves, crushed cardamom seeds and chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes. Add garam masala, salt, pepper powder and boiled fish pieces and mix well.

Boil the egg and chop into slices and spread over fish and rice in circular form. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
