COTTAGE CHEESE WITH DRY FRUIT
INGREDIENTS FOR COTTAGE CHEESE WITH DRY FRIUT
Cottage cheese – 250 gms
Milk – 1 tsp
Sugar [powdered] – 4 tbsp
Rose water – 1tsp
FOR GARNISHING
Dry fruits [crushed] – 2 tbsp
Silver foil
METHOD OF PREPARING CHICKEN ROAST
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer grinder. Make small balls of mixture. Arrange in a flat try decorate with silver foil and crushed dry fruits. Keep this try in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes and serve cold.
