FENUGREEK KICHDI

INGREDIENTS
Fenugreek seeds – 50 gms
Rice – 1 cup
Coconut – 1 [grated]
Onion – 2 [chopped]
Red chilies – 8 [cut into pieces]
Salt to taste

METHOD
Boil the rice and fenugreek seeds in 3 cup of water at least 10 – 15 minutes.
Add chopped onions, grated coconut and salt.
Cook for another 5 – 7 minutes.
Serve hot with pickle.
