CREAMY COLESLAW RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAMY COLESLAW

Cabbage – 1 [grated]
Soy mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Lemon juice—1 tbsp
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Apples –2 [peel and grated]
Cream – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING CREAMY COLESLAW

Mix grated cabbage, grated apple, lemon juice and salt at once. Beat cream and rest of ingredients together and stir in. Pile in the dish and sprinkle with paprika.
