PEANUT SAUCE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR PEANUT  SAUCE

Peanuts—200 gms [roasted and ground to paste]
Lemon juice –2 tbsp
Red chilies –2 [crushed]
Garlic—2 [chopped]
Water –1 cup
Salt and sugar to taste

METHOD OF PREPARING PEANUT SAUCE

Mix all ingredients together and cook stirring over low flame until thick and gently blended. Cool.
Fill in a glass jar and store in refrigerator. Serve with any snacks
