DRUM STICK CURRY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR DRUM STICK CURRY

Drumstick – 2 [cut into pieces]
Onion – 2 [sliced]
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Tamarind juice – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Milk – 1 cup
Oil –2 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARING DRUMSTICK CURRY

Heat oil in pan put mustard seeds, chana dal sliced onion, and curry leaves and fry for 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tamarind juice, ½ cup of water and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
Remove from the flame and add boiled milk and mix well.
Serve with rice.
