PEANUT BISCUITS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR PEANUT BISCUITS

Peanut – 1 cup [chopped]
Self raising flour -- 2 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Golden syrup – 4 tbsp
Butter – 450 gms

METHOD OF PREPARING PEANUT BISCUITS

Mix butter and sugar, add syrup. Mix in the flour and, fold in chopped peanuts. Place teaspoons of mixture spread on greased tray and bake about 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
