Pork Chili Fry Recipe

Pork Chilli Fry is a delicious dish. Learn how to prepare Pork fry in this easy way


Ingredients for Pork chilli  Fry


Pork – 500 gms [cut into small pieces]
Onions – 3 [chopped]
Ginger -- 1 piece [chopped
Green chillies --2 [chopped]
Tomato -- 1 [chopped]
Salt to taste
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Vinegar--1/2  tsp
Coriander leaves -- 1 tbsp

Method of Preparing Pork Fry

 Cut the Pork into small pieces and mix with salt.
Add into a frying pan and keep stirring till the water from the pork dries up. Add oil. chopped green chillies, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and fry on low flame until the pork is cooked.
Add vinegar and mix well and remove from the flame.
 Sprinkle salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Pork fry is ready to serve.
